These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://artprinting.com/ and any SMS messaging services provided by Art Press Limited dba Art Printing Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or subscribing to our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
Art Press Limited dba Art Printing Company offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with food and beverage businesses that request quotes or order custom printed food wraps from us. The program has two message types, and you choose which, if any, to receive. Each requires its own separate, optional consent.

You will only receive promotional messages if you separately opt in to them. Consent to receive SMS messages of either type is not required to complete any form on our website, receive a quote, or purchase any goods or services.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive through our SMS program, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your specific plan and any charges that may apply.
Message frequency varies. Account and order update messages are based on your quote and order activity. Promotional messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
By participating in our SMS messaging program, you agree that the following wireless carriers and any other carriers involved in delivering messages are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Rogers, Bell, TELUS, and all other mobile carriers.
Carriers are not responsible for any undelivered or delayed messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is not guaranteed. Carriers and their affiliates shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or errors in the content of any SMS messages.
You acknowledge that wireless service may not be available in all areas at all times and may be affected by product, software, coverage, or other service changes made by your carrier. Additional conditions and restrictions on the SMS service may apply per your carrier's terms of service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to or participate in our SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Art Press Limited dba Art Printing Company, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Our SMS messaging program is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information or SMS consent from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information or opted in to our SMS program, we will take steps to delete that information and revoke that consent immediately.
